Ramneek has always believed in the critical role STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) plays in early education. A holistic approach and exposure to these fields in foundation years of child growth helps kids to be creative thinkers and problem solvers at an early age. Ramneek is a Bachelors in Science and Masters in Plant Biology from Pennsylvania State University. She has worked in Tech industry for last 7 years before deciding to follow her passion in getting quality early education to Renton community. In her free time, Ramneek likes to dance, play board games and travel with her family.
Ms Enas has been working with children for 3 years and have experience with children between 2 to 5 years old. She has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and is currently working towards her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Ms. Enas is multilingual and fluently speaks Arabic, English, Tamazight (North African); she can also speak some Italian. She is always learning and is hoping to learn Spanish with her students here in Goddard. In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading, exercise and nature observation. She loves coffee, and enjoy looking at decor and fashion.
Ms. Janelle has been working with children for over 20 years. After obtaining her BA in Special Education, she worked as a teacher for 5 years in the Edmonds school district. For the past 4 years she has worked in early childhood education settings and looking forward to bringing her experience to Goddard. In her free time enjoys spending time with her family in Northern Washington on the Canadian border.
Ms. Cynthia has been working with children of toddler age since 2017. During this time, she also obtained her Early Childhood Education Certificate from Renton Technical School. She is very excited to bring her ECE knowledge to the classroom and work on projects that will help kids with their overall growth. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her young son.
Ms. Cynthia is a dedicated early childhood educator and proud mother of three. She loves spending time with her family, reading, and taking her children on outdoor adventures. She is currently pursuing her AA degree in Early Childhood Education and has been working with children since 2006, beginning when her first son was two years old. Teaching children is her passion, and she is committed to helping them build the life skills they need to grow into confident, productive individuals.
Ms Isabella is a proud mother of four wonderful children and moved to Washington State about a year ago. She has her GED and is currently attending college to continue her education. She has been working with children since she was 16 years old and enjoys helping them learn and grow. In her free time, she loves reading books and spending time with her family. Ms. Jocelyn is a dedicated childcare professional who recently moved from California. She has over five years of experience in the childcare field and began her early childhood education journey in 2023 at KinderCare. Ms. Jocelyn holds a high school diploma and brings a genuine love for working with children into the classroom. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and writing, listening to music, and spending time with her family. She loves singing for fun, her favorite color is blue, and she finds peace and inspiration by the ocean—especially at the beach at night.
Ms. Katya brings 12 years of experience with children ages 0 - 5. For five of those years, she worked as a nurse in the NICU ward in the Ukraine. Her experience of NICU nurse, keeps our youngest kids in a safe and healthy environment. She enjoys working with infants and looks forward to helping them to learn and grow at Goddard School.
Ms Katia is our first steps lead teacher. She is excited to start this new dream doing what she has a passion for which is caring for people, specially children. She believes that children learn best in a warm and trusting environment, helping them develop a lifelong love for learning and making a positive impact in this world. She has a medical degree from her home country Nicaragua, and even though she would like to practice medicine again in the future, she hopes to meanwhile apply all her medical and science knowledge for the welfare and cognitive development of the children in her care. She enjoys reading, playing video games and board games.
Ms Navneet is a driven and adaptable professional with a background in education, specifically in early childhood and youth development program. Experienced in guiding young learners and fostering supportive learning environments through her role as an co-lead teacher at the Goddard School. Her work emphasizes a hands-on approach to nurturing growth, implementing engaging educational activities, and collaborating with staff to create an enriching experience for children. With a dedication to building positive, impactful relationships in educational settings, she brings a strong foundation of skills to every role.

Born in Seattle and fluent in both Spanish and English, she also has some knowledge of ASL, which helps her connect with a diverse range of children and families. She began her early childhood journey as a nanny for three years and later worked as a toddler teacher in a Renton daycare. Ms. Melissa grew up in a small town in Michigan. She married her best friend in October 2020, and together they moved to Virginia in early 2021 before relocating to Washington in the summer of 2025. Ms. Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Music from Spring Arbor University, as well as a Montessori teaching certification for ages 0–3 from the Prepared Montessorian Institute. She has four years of preschool experience, primarily working with infants (ages 2–18 months), and has studied both Reggio-Emilia and Montessori teaching philosophies. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and watching HGTV. On weekends, she and her husband love exploring small towns, camping, hiking, visiting local coffee shops, and treasure hunting in thrift stores.
Ms. Roshni is a dedicated educator and proud mom of a 6-year-old daughter. She holds a Master of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Education degree from India. With over seven years of teaching experience working with students from 1st through 12th grade, she brings both passion and expertise to the classroom. Ms. Saweeta is originally from Afghanistan and is a proud mother of three boys. She is currently pursuing a degree in Para education at Highline College to further her work in early childhood education. In Afghanistan, she gained valuable experience as a lead teacher for two years in early childhood education. She enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about learning new ways to support young children's growth and development.
Ms. Suri is 18 years old and has been working with children for the past two years. She has a high school diploma, has completed her Child Care Basics training, and loves creating fun, engaging experiences for kids.
